New Location: Poughkeepsie, NY!

Some of my New York clients moved out of the city when the pandemic hit, while I was stranded in Virginia. Now that I'm back in New York, rather than have anybody making the return journey from upstate to see me in Midtown, I've started working with the folks at Hudson Valley Healing Center.

We don't have a hard schedule yet, like I do with Mind Your Body Oasis in Crystal City, VA. That'll come as we get the word out and establish some habits. For now, I'm coming up fairly often, and I'm flexible about adding daytrips.
