Privacy Policy for Your Match 3

This privacy policy describes how Eric Cherry ("I", "me", or "my") handles information in relation to the mobile game application "Your Match 3" (the "App").

Information I Store

The App needs to store certain information locally on your device to function correctly. This information includes:

   Your current game score.
   Your personal high score achieved in the game.
   The state of the game board (the position and color of game pieces) to allow you to save and resume your game.

This information is stored only on your device within the App's private storage area, provided by the Android operating system.

How I Use Information

The locally stored information (score, high score, game state) is used solely for the core functionality of the App:

   To save your progress so you can close the App and resume later.
   To keep track of your personal best score within the game.
   To operate the game mechanics.

Information Sharing and Transmission

I do not collect any personal information or the locally stored game data. The game progress information (score, high score, game state) stored on your device is not transmitted off your device to me or to any third party. I have no access to this information.

Third-Party Services

The current version of Your Match 3 does not include or use any third-party services (such as advertising networks or analytics platforms) that would collect data from you.

Future versions of the App may include features like optional In-App Purchases, which might involve services provided by the Google Play Store. If such features are added, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly.

Children's Privacy

Your Match 3 is not directed at children under the age of 13, and I do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. If you believe I might have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact me so I can delete it.  

Security

I rely on the standard security mechanisms provided by the Android operating system to protect the data stored locally by the App on your device.

I may update this privacy policy from time to time. I encourage you to review this policy periodically for any changes. The effective date at the top indicates the latest revision.
